Winterviken

Winterviken suits small or medium-sized dinners, or customers' events.

Winterviken has an important place in Swedish industrial history. This was Alfred Nobel's first factory, from where he built up his multinational reputation and empire.

Nowadays Winterviken is run by Markus Aujalay, one of Sweden's most renowned chefs. Aujalay has received numerous awards including "Chef of the Year".

Since Winterviken has such an interesting history, with its connection to Alfred Nobel, clients often like to hear about that history during the evening.
On several occasions Bo Aurehl has told the fascinating story about Alfred Nobel's work and his life. Told in either English or German, this can be done in a short version as cocktails are served, or in sections throughout the dinner, alternating with the entertainment.

Here at Winterviken we have produced entertainment such as the Bellman programme, choir, classical, dance band, lounge jazz and even aerial acrobatics. We have also arranged outdoor entertainment of brass ensemble or choir.
