'Small-scale' means a bit less of everything. Fewer performers on stage, less space required, a shorter time for soundcheck, fewer backstage facilities, and so on – which all adds up to a smaller budget!

We can offer small-scale entertainment for various situations, and of various types: classical, jazz, ABBA and choral music; singing with pre-recorded backing tracks; a classical DJ; even acrobats and magicians.

An emphasis on quality rather than quantity. That's our small-scale entertainment.

Harp - classical music

Classical

Classical music gives your event a special ambience. A solo cellist, a string quartet or a flute and harp duo can add a magical touch. You can rely on our help and choice with this – classical music is our home turf!

Jazz

Jazz

There's nothing as cool and groovy as some mellow background jazz. You can choose a group, or begin with a duo and build up the instruments until you have a full band to dance to later in the evening. A vocal jazz group is a good choice for a special set during coffee.

ABBA small scale

If you're longing to boogie to 'Dancing Queen' yet you don't have a huge budget, Habanera can organise a small, pared-down version of ABBA which will still have you singing and dancing to your heart's delight!

Swedish choirs are among the best in the world. A vocal ensemble can lift your event and add visual dash too, with the singers in rococo costumes, concert dress or in a Lucia procession.

A magician performing tricks as your guests arrive – what a perfect ice-breaker! Or you may prefer some close-up magic during cocktails, or at the table during dinner. Or how about a featured performance as coffee is served?

Acrobatics

Acrobatics are an extraordinary, exciting and beautiful addition to an event. At some venues the artists are able to fly; at others they perform on the floor. Sometimes we project the acrobatic display on big screens.

Our skilled DJ can work with classical music to create that special mood at your event and bring people together. This concept can be developed with the play of light or with slide shows.
