Habanera was founded by Bo Aurehl in 1993.  We are a small, skilful team of event planners with an impressive network of contacts in every field of event-making.

Whether you’re planning a small dinner party, a huge corporate extravaganza or something in between, we work alongside you to put it together.

We speak Swedish, English and German, and our clients are many and varied: large corporations, institutions, event companies, families and individuals. They all have one important thing in common: they appreciate quality.

Habanera can build your event as you wish, and can incorporate various entertainment elements. Our aim is to link all aspects of the event together, creating a well-balanced and tasteful whole, based on the spirit of your event.

Versatility of entertainment is our specialty. We can provide stylish classical music, exquisite vocal groups, fun ABBA music, elegant lounge jazz, a full-size band, a world-class choir, stunning acrobatics and more. All tailored to fit your own requirements.

We have a large network of contacts in areas such as sound, lighting and design, as well as a great deal of experience of all the major venues in Stockholm. Over the years we have also developed a range of concepts for events which give them a unifying theme and character.
